They are a member of the South Division of the independent Golden Baseball League, which is not affiliated with either Major League Baseball or Minor League Baseball. From the 2005 season to the present, the RoadRunners have played their home games at the Bruce Hurst Field, on the campus of Dixie State College of Utah.
Seth and I spent Saturday night at their last home game! I forgot how much I enjoy watching live baseball games. Beside it being 100 degrees at 8:00 p.m it was an eventful night. The mascot climbed up on one of the railings and slid down it backwards knocking like 4 kids on their butts! What an idiot right? That isn't even the worse part, the lady nex
t to us was breast feeding her baby..keep in mind no blanket was covering her, and the baby looked old enough to walk and talk! Seth was mortified!! The game was pretty entertaining as well.. within the 2 inning three home runs were hit and there were some massive plays! There was fireworks after the game, but we ended up leaving a little early. Seth was tired from work and after a 3 hour game I was ready to go.
