Spring Break
This last week was our spring break, this year we got a whole week off. We spent the first few days in St. George. We left Friday evening with Wendi, Mom, and Madison. Saturday we hit a few stores in the morning and hopped back and forth with Maddies dance competition. That afternoon we all experienced making sushi and potstickers! It was quite the experiment, but to all our surprise it turned out extremely good. We are definitely going to have to do that more often. Sunday we lounged around by the pool, keep in mind it was over 80 degrees down there compared to 40 back home! At lunch we hit Godfathers pizza buffet! Man was that good..Five dollars for all you can eat. You better believe Seth was in heaven. Monday afternoon Seth had an interview at the college with the counselors to get his schedule going for school in the fall, mine was Tuesday so everyone else left to head home. To bad for them they all had jobs to go back to. Besides Meagan of course. She is loving her time home spent with Olivia, although we know how bored she gets sometime for us its nice to have somewhere to go hang out. Tuesday night my Dad finally got done with his work and Seth and I got to witness my dads "Good, Bad driving skills!" it was quite the ride, not to complain though we made it home pretty fast. The rest of our spring break consisted of Seth working and me well lets just say doing nothing at home. It was nice not having a schedule, even though I got bored out of my mind, I had plenty of opportunities to catch up on some movies, which if some of you don't know is by far one of my favorite things to do. Thursday evening Seth had his softball games. Its amazing how much support they get from all their family. We really should call it a family reunion. Seth is now playing on his brothers team called Off Constantly for the fourth year, this is actually the first year he is legal to play with them. They have struggled with the first few games, but if its anything like last year they should turn around and win a few tournaments. Its fun watching them play, they get so serious. The first game was freezing! Me and a few others almost gave up our support for that game to go get warm. But we decided to hold out. Ciera, Brandts wife and I are doing our best to keep stats for the team. We aren't quite sure what we are doing but we just make up our own rules. Its amazing how fast a whole week can go by when you don't want it to. We are definitely not ready for a new week of school, work, and so forth. Graduation is inchin up and we can't wait to be done, well with high school at least. Not to mention we leave to Mexico a few days after. This next month is going to be exciting! We can hardly wait for it!
